“According to
four-star General Wesley Clark, shortly after the attacks of 9/11, the Pentagon
adopted a plan to topple the governments of seven countries; Iraq, Libya,
Lebanon, Syria, Somalia,
Sudan, and Iran.” Darius
Shahtahmasebi, January 27, 2017.
Is it now Iran’s
turn to be subjected to the planned and hellish wars that have already engulfed
Iraq, Libya, Syria,
Yemen and Afghanistan and
other countries? Will, the gates of hell be further opened to include an attack
on Iran?
An article headlined: “The
Coming Clash With Iran”
by Patrick Buchanan in The American Conservative, of February 3, 2017. Had this
to say:
“When Gen. Michael
Flynn marched into the White House Briefing Room to declare that “we are
officially putting Iran
on notice,” he drew a red line for President Trump. In tweeting the threat,
Trump agreed.
His credibility is
now on the line.”
The article went on to state:
“Did Flynn coordinate
with our allies about this warning of possible military action against Iran? Is NATO
obligated to join any action we might take?
Or are we going to carry
out any retaliation alone, as our NATO allies observe, while the Israelis, Gulf
Arabs, Saudis and the Beltway War Party, which wishes to be rid of Trump, cheer
him on?... High among the reasons
that many supported Trump was his understanding that George W. Bush blundered
horribly in launching an unprovoked and unnecessary war on Iraq.”
Surely, thinking people must be asking themselves this
question, Does the world really need an ‘unnecessary war on’ Iran? And are
there some countries in the Middle East that would like a war on Iran?
“President Trump’s
ban against letting people from seven mostly Muslim countries enter the United
States looks to many like a thinly concealed bias against a religion, but it
also is a troubling sign that Trump doesn’t have the nerve to challenge the
false terrorism narrative demanded by Israel and Saudi Arabia.
“The Israeli-Saudi
narrative, which is repeated endlessly inside Official Washington, is that Iran
is the principal sponsor of terrorism when that dubious honor clearly falls to
Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other Sunni-led Muslim states, including Pakistan,
nations that did not make Trump’s list.” Robert Parry, Consortium News,
January 29, 2017.
And an article headlined: “Al-Qaeda, Saudi Arabia
and Israel”
By Robert Parry, Consortium News, February4, 2015. Had this to say:
“And, like the
Saudis, the Israelis have sided with the Sunni militants in Syria because the Israelis share the Saudi view
that Iran and the so-called
“Shiite crescent” reaching from Tehran and Baghdad to Damascus and Beirut is the greatest threat to their interests in the Middle East.
“That shared concern
has pushed Israel and Saudi Arabia into a de facto alliance, though
the collaboration between Jerusalem and Riyadh has been mostly
kept out of the public eye. Still, it has occasionally peeked out from
under the covers as the two governments
deploy their complementary assets Saudi oil and money and Israeli political and
media clout in areas where they have mutual interests.
“In recent years, these historic enemies have cooperated in
their joint disdain for the Muslim Brotherhood government in Egypt (which was overthrown in 2013), in seeking
the ouster of the Assad regime in Syria,
and in pressing for a more hostile U.S. posture toward Iran.” (emphasis added) Robert Parry, Consortium News,
february4, 2015.
I believe a war with Iran could be the end for our
supposedly “civilized” world. Just look at the state of the countries in the Middle East that have already been subjected to the
planned wars of the war criminals in our midst. War with Iran will be
the final nail in the coffin of this planet, we all live on. And will it all be
based on a big lie by those who are maniacs of militarism and who appear to
take their orders from countries with a vested interest in all out bloody war
with Iran?
“The administration
is lying about Iranian ‘hostile actions,’ and it seems to be trying to cook up
an excuse for increasing tensions with and possibly military action against Iran.” Daniel
Larson, the American Conservative, February 2, 2017.
