Who Will Remember?

Who will remember the slaughtered children of Yemen?
Murdered by armed “allies” in bloodthirsty missions
The bombs that killed them came from “democratic” lands
Their bloodstained bodies were scattered across the desert sands

Who will lay a wreath for these helpless children?
Will some salute this heinous act of aggression?
Murders committed by a “coalition of the willing”
These poor children were sent early to Heaven

The perpetrators hide behind the words, “collateral damage”
While killing and bombing in a merciless barrage
A country is reduced to ruins and smoking rubble
And the war criminals are Free that caused all this trouble

The suppliers of all this death and bloody destruction
Posture in parliaments and other “houses of distinction”
They parrot the words “rule of law” and “responsibility to protect”
One wonders, do they ever think of their monstrous crimes, and reflect

Do any of them have consciences, or ethics, or morals?
Or are they “right honourable” and “honourable” devils?
The children of Yemen are dead and dismembered
Will they get justice? And, who will remember?
